8^th German Peptide Symposium, March 14-17, 2007.
The bilingual conference will take place in the Auditorium Maximum of the German Cancer Research Center’s excellent lecture hall and facilities, its Communication Center. This most convenient place invites for serious discussions, easy conversations and conviviality as well. It offers plenty of space for poster presentations – and also for company exhibitions. At this time we refrain ourselves from adoring the beauty of Heidelberg, but we promise already that we naturally shall not withhold it from you. In honour of the spiritus loci, one focal point of the meeting will be dedicated to peptides in cancer research, besides all the other main themes typically characterising the previous German peptide symposia all times. The organisers expressively wish to catalyse discussions. In particular we want to invite for themes daring the “view across borders“. We shall favour presentations emphasising the synergism of peptides between natural sciences and medical disciplines, up to applications in material sciences. Please transmit this message to anyone in your scientific neighbourhood who might be interested ! Already to date we cordially appeal for the generosity of peptide researches in industries and of private donators for your most appreciated and very welcome sponsorship of the conference.
